Ingredients (for 2 persons):
1 x 1kg cat-shark (or any other shark of comparable size)
1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 lime
2 tbsp coconut oil
Curry leaves
2 banana leaves
Chopped ginger
Chopped chilies

Recipe:
1. Go fishing, catch a cat-shark and skin the fish as shown in this reel.
2. Masala: combine the ingredients for the marinade and coat the fish with it. Let marinate for min. 1 hour.
3. Fish Nirvana: shallow-fry the fish for a couple of minutes on both sides and set aside. Line an oven dish with the banana leaves. Add the fish, sprinkle with ginger, chillies, curry leaves and finish with coconut milk and oil. Bring to a simmer and poach for about 5 minutes. Serve with steamed Jasmin rice and enjoy 🥥.
