Ingredients:
Goldfish
Flour
Baking powder
Salt
Frying oil
Wasabi mayonnaise
Gochujang mayonnaise
Yuzu mayonnaise
Edible gold

Recipe:
1. Gut and clean the fish as shown in this reel.

 

2. Dust the fish with a 50-50 flour & baking powder mix and deep fry at 160C until golden (2-3 minuets).

 

3. Adorn with leaves of edible gold and enjoy with the mayonnaise for a delicious dip. Enjoy!
