The key to my success is unadulterated luck. But also, unhinged passion and the right tools. Fishmongery, -butchery and cooking are crafts that demand precision and skill. And since it’s the bad craftsman who blames his tools for his own shortcomings, I decided to create my very own specialised tools, so that I would only have myself to blame for any culinary results that are less than perfect. In addition to the items listed below, I’m in the process of designing more fishy paraphernalia, such as fish scalers, kitchen towels, a cook book etc., all of which will be available in due course.
