This is the only chicken nugget recipe you will ever need, made with fish and luxurious caviar!
Caviar: Lemberg Caviar London

Ingredients (15 nuggets):
400g ling fillet (or cod, pollock, hake)
1 egg white
15g corn starch
2g salt
2g sugar
2g white pepper
2g onion powder
2g garlic powder
15g ice-cold water
Batter:
100g plain flour
15g corn starch
2g baking powder
2g salt
150ml cold water
Topping:
Caviar (the more, the better)
Crème fraîche
Chopped chives

Recipe:
1. Fillet the fish as shown in this reel.

2. Chicken nuggets: combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a smooth paste. Chill for 30 min. Form little nuggets and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.

3. Batter: combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk in the water until smooth.

4. Dredge the nugget pieces in flour and coat evenly with the batter. Fry in 160C – 170C hot oil until golden brown. Serve with crème fraîche, chives and as much caviar as possible 🙂 Enjoy!
